一早我就起床，期待今日的開幕典禮。我們早上把辦公室環境再整理一下，順便準備攝影機和照像機。
I woke up early in the morning and anticipated opening ceremony today. We cleaned up the office again and prepared DV, camera.
十二點整，Syafrizaldi Aal介紹在場每位重量級人物及台灣來的貴賓，他介紹了Stanley Wang(駐印尼台北經貿處)、Y.C Tsai(駐印尼台北經貿處)、Jose Chang(資策會)、Big Apple(青草湖社大)、Synic (青草湖社大)、Small Apple(中華大學)，和Ingrid(中華大學)。接下來他就介紹了FIELD現場員工：Lany, Heri, Dona, Ati, 和Felmi。而且他也介紹了Bumi Ceria農民。他說這些促進者是從巴東巴里阿曼的十個鄉村來的，他們很好學，或許他們會成為ADOC 2.0訓練中心的受益者。我們跟他們合作有十個月，Field-Bumi Ceria在西蘇門答臘是一個新的計畫，它從去年2010年開始。後來，大Apple請每個農民領袖介紹自己和離這辦公事住多遠。完畢後，典禮就由主持人Madonna(英文版)和 Sri Ambarwati(印尼版)揭開序幕，一開始他們再一次介紹今天的來賓、這次典禮的主題和這次計畫的合夥人ADOC和FIF。接下來就請Nugroho Wienarto歡迎致詞，他歡迎台灣來的貴賓以及感謝我們的合作與支持。
On 12 o’clock, Syafrizaldi Aal introduced every VIP and Taiwan honored guests, such as Stanley Wang(TETO), Y.C Tsai(TETO), Jose Chang(III), Big Apple(BCUA), Synic(BCUA), small Apple(CHU), and me(CHU). Following, he introduced FIELD staff live, Lany, Heri, Dona, Ati, and Felmi. Moreover, he also introduced Bumi Ceria’s farmers. There are local facilitators from 10 villages in Padang Pariaman. They are most studious farmer, maybe they will be beneficiaries for ADOC center. We worked with them already 10 months. Field-Bumi ceria is a new project which started from the last year, 2010, in West Sumatra. Then, Big Apple asked every farmer leader to introduce themself and tell how far is the distance between their house and here. After finishing, it was opening by announcer Madonna(English ver.) and Sri Ambarwati(Indonesia ver.). At beginning, they introduced guests again, main subject, and the cooperators-ADOC and FIF, then, Nugroho Wienarto delivered a welcome speech. He welcomed Taiwan honored guests and thanked for our cooperation and donation.
再來就是Jose的ADOC 2.0的計畫介紹，他說：「我很開心來到這邊，ADOC這個計畫全名是APEC DIGITAL OPPORTUNITY CENTER，它是為了縮短城鄉差距，它以前稱為ADOC 1.0，這是在2005-2008年，是由8個國家(印尼，智利、墨西哥、巴布亞紐幾內亞、秘魯、菲律賓、泰國、越南)，建造61個電腦訓練中心組成。那麼ADOC 1 .0和ADOC 2.0有什麼不一樣呢？前者是由政府贊助，後者因為考慮到台灣是個ICT(Information, Communications, Technology)的國家，我們有華碩、宏碁、明基、微星、友訊，這些都是台灣的企業，所以我們邀請私人企業贊助它們的電腦。從開始到現在，這是首次為了農民而建立的數位機會中心，之前這計畫的設立是為了小孩、婦女或殘障者。在印尼我們已經設立了12個電腦訓練中心，像是雅加達、日惹、萬隆、亞齊、棉蘭，這計畫共有81個電腦訓練中心，由10個國家參與(包括俄羅斯和馬來西亞)。我們希望這個中心能成為農夫的模範，並且複製到其他國家。希望這次的計畫成功，我們以後還會回來，謝謝。」聽完後，感覺ADOC這個計畫很偉大，我們參與的人也變得不平凡。
Following is an introduction of ADOC 2.0 by Jose. He said, “I am happy to come here! This project’s full name is APEC DIGITAL OPPORTUNITY CENTER. It founded for short the information distance between city, county, and rural area. ADOC 2.0 before, it is called ADOC 1.0 which is consist of 61 computer training centers by 8 countries(Indonesia, Chile, Mexico, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam ) in 2005 to 2008 year. What difference between ADOC 1.0 and ADOC 2 .0? The former is donated by governments, the latter considered Taiwan is a ICT(Information, Communications, Technology) country. We have ASUS, ACER, BenQ, MSI, D-link, those are Taiwan’s enterprises. So, we invited these privacy companies to donate their computers. From the beginning until now, this is the first time that builds a digital opportunity center for farmers. Before, this target was for children, women, or disabled. In Indonesia, we already built 12 computer training centers, such as Jakarta, Yogya, Bandung, Benda Aceh, and Medan. This project already set up about 81 computer training center among 10 countries, including Russian and Malaysia. We hope this training center can be a model for farmers and can be copied to other countries. We hope this project can be succeeded and we will come back in the near future, thank you.” I feel ADOC 2.0 project distinguished after this speech. I feel participators are extraordinary also!
接下來是見證人Nasrizal感謝ADOC支持的致詞和Y.C Tsai的簡短致詞。Y.C. Tsai的致詞挺有趣的！他說：「我們支持印尼，希望以後印尼也多支持台灣！如果印尼居民因為這個中心，有更好的工作和薪水，記得買台灣的電腦，因為我們提供好的品質和低的價位。如果你們有買到台灣的產品，就會知道我今天所說的話不假！」大家聽完都笑成一片。再來就是最重要的簽 合 約！裡面的內容主受贈21台筆記型電腦和相關週邊設備，這時，我似乎看到了像明星般的光芒，多麼雀躍的時刻，所有的閃光燈全閃爍了出來，大家都享受到這美好的時刻。接下來全體照相，還有交換禮物。完畢後，剛好一點就閉幕了。然後大家去看數位中心，最後跟TETO、BCUA、BUMI-CERIA的朋友告別，就結束了今天 。
After is witness Nasrizal thanked for ADOC support speech and Y.C. Tsai short speech. Y.C. Tsai's address sounded interesting. He said, “we support Indonesia, hope Indonesia will support us in the future. If Indonesian get better job and salary due to this center, just remember to buy made in Taiwan(MIT) computers, because we offer good quality and lower price. If you have MIT product, you will know what I say is correct. ” Everyone was laughing loudly at this speech. Next, the most important part, SIGNING THE MOU! The main content of the contract is that donates 21 computers and related equipment. This moment, it seems like super stars in front of many spotlights, how jubilant we are, all the spotlights are flashing! We all feel the cheerful moment. Last, we all took photos and exchanged presents. We just closed ceremony on time, 13 O’CLOCK. Afterward, people went to see the digital opportunity center. In the end, we said goodbye to TETO, BCUA, and BUMI-CERIA friends, then, we completed today.
今天好多人照相，不只FIELD、BCUA、CHU，還有Media Indonesia記者Hendra Makmur、AFTA (Alumni Fakultas Pertanian Unand)的新聞編輯Yos Nofrizal，和Detik的記者Yonda Sisko也前來共襄盛舉。今天我很開心，因為看到大家在這裡聚在一起，並且關心這個很有意義的典禮，它象徵台灣和印尼的友誼更進一步，讓世界變更美好。我心裡實在有一股興奮湧上心頭，雖然只有僅僅的一小時，但是看到這些大人物致詞，就足以讓我大飽眼福了。
Too many people took photos today. Not only Field, BCUA, CHU, but also Media Indonesia journalist Hendra Makmur, AFTA (Alumni Fakultas Pertanian Unand) editor Yos Nofrizal, and Detik jounalist Yonda Sisko came here. I was happy because I saw many people got together here and cared about this significant ceremony. It symbols the friendship between Taiwan and Indonesia become better that makes world more beautiful. A rush of exciting to my mind, although it was just 1 hour, I was full of viewing pleasure when I saw the VIP’s speech.
今天我只是個旁觀者，只有記錄，但是我觀察到一個活動成功，不只主持人和接待人要跑流程、事前的連絡討論和準備事物，尤其像今天這麼繁雜的活動，一定要事先邀預約很多重要人物、印合約、找禮物、作布條、擺電腦、環境打掃…等，這些的幕後工程。所以我對Aal真是佩服，因為他是總召，要安排、看過整個活動的內容，接待的很多貴賓之餘，還看他現場翻譯秀，真覺得他的英文底子深厚，做事也很從容，是我學習的好榜樣。這典禮真是讓我永生難忘！
I was an audience today, just recorded, but what I observed a successful activity, not merely including announcer and host who run the rehearsal, discuss with people and get prepared beforehand. Especially like this complex work, it must schedule with many foreign VIP, correct the contract, pick a present, make a banner, buy computers, clean up rooms…etc, those behind the scenes. So, I appreciate Aal. Not just because he is the coordinator. He arranged and oversaw the whole activity, receiving many guests, besides, he translated on the spot. I really think his English is very well and work calmly. He is a model for me to learn. This ceremony deeply makes me impressively.
