中華大學國際志工團: [ Rewilding Earth Salon 1培訓課程 ] 心得

Theme: Rewilding the Earth
Location: 新竹尖石鄉梅花部落(in Megalang Tribe, Jianshi Township, Hsinchu)
Time: 9:00-16:30, Sunday, March 25

這是我第一次參加出團培訓課程，出團和交大以及清大學生一起合作。
This is my first join program activity for board,and this program join with NCTU, NTHU students.

一開始因為我的關係害Bella Lin跟我一起晚進會場，接著我就被分到第二組之後開始傳統儀式，開始自我介紹和介紹團隊給大家。但是我還是很緊張不敢開口說英文，在初步的自我介紹後我們這一組有兩位清大分別是3年級及四年級的學生就讀外語系及化工系但姓名忘了 XDD。而交大分別叫Ivy和willie(應該沒拚錯)。
Sorry for Bella Lin because I oversleep so we late to place. Then i was assigned to the second group and introduce yourself for my group and introduce my group member to everybody. But I feel nervous to speak English, but I will try to my best!!

早上第一堂課為介紹Rewilding the Earth的簡介和一些如何復育當地原生生物種的法方等等。
The first class is introduce to Rewilding the Earth and how to recover Wild Perennial Crops for local.

中午吃飯嘗試當地的農作物，像是樹豆、馬告、發酵過的豬皮以及溪蝦溪魚等等。
樹豆它們通常是煮湯或者和豬腳一起煮，湯的顏色很像紅豆湯但實質吃起來就是一般的豆子味；馬告也是煮湯或是和雞肉一起炒很像三杯雞的樣子，它的外觀很像現磨的胡椒粒一樣圓圓的一顆，但味道很像檸檬的味道又像薑的味道，不過冬天喝這湯就像喝薑湯一樣身體很保暖。最讓我印象深刻的食物是"發酵過的豬皮"，它的味道很像原味無糖的優格!!雖然我沒有嘗試過這樣的味道以及無法接受，最後還是勇敢的嘗試它。

We taste local food for lunch, for example Tree bean, Makauy, Fermented pork, shrimp and fish etc...

Tree bean usually cook soup or with pork and soup color like red soup, but taste like normal bean flavor; Makauy usually cook soup or with chicken, it looks like a grain of pepper but taste like lemon or ginger, drink this soup like ginger soup make body be worm in winter; Then make an impression food is fermented pork, because it flavor like sugar-free yogurt!! Although I never taste this flavor and can't accept it. Finally I try it.

下午介紹長年生植物，香蕉。外觀黑褐色又短小，內部籽多果肉少，一開始聞起來很像小黃瓜的味道，籽吃起來澀澀的可能還未成熟的關係。
後來從這個課程帶出一個活動，我們以猩猩的觀點，畫他們的美食地圖以視覺、嗅覺、味覺、觸覺以及聽覺來設計，順便在當地做生態之旅。

Introduce Wild Perennial Crops in afternoon, which is ordinary banana. It color is dark brown and smaller than the banana, internal seeds more than flesh, Beginning smell like cucumber flavor ,then seeds taste astringent maybe this banana not to mature.
