Today July 4, 2011 we are Chung Hua University International Volunteer Group visit Nan-jhuang Raisinay Park. We have a lot of activities there like introduce our self and have barbeque together.
We do this introduction in order to get know well each other, this important for working in a team especially for a volunteer group like us who will go to Indonesia to do social work.
In this activity let us know everybody personal background such as hometown, place and subject of study, hobby, working experience, and future dreams. By this activity let us become closer like family. We have no distant from each other.
Eleven persons join this activity with divide into five groups, each group consists of 2 persons and one group consists of 3 persons.
The group decided by Chinese traditional animal symbolizing that used to designate years. For example our group symbol are Monkey, it means we were born between years 1980 until 1992 and plus 12 for the next year after years 1992.
The member of each group should introduce his partner and vice versa and we enjoy this activity very much.
After finishing the introduction sessions then we have barbeque, we bake chicken, fish, corn, tofu, bread and mushroom, and everyone bakes their food by their self and enjoys the food together.
