今天我們一起床就遇到很陽光的Aal，跟他老婆和Andalas的學生出現在Bunda Hotel,可惜的是他今天有事情。搭了一小時的車，我們到了FIF平常辦公的地點做有機麵包，發現印尼人沒有有機的商店，所以也無法辨認哪一包事有機食物，而且後來我們發現買錯了麵粉!!!我們趕快去附近的超市買了新的麵粉,。Shany還問我們攜帶鹽巴來印尼，不會被海關誤認成海洛因嗎？呵呵。
Today, we met sunshine Aal as soon as we went out from our rooms, he, his wife, and two Andalas Students appeared at Bunda Hotel. It’s a pity that Aal had something to do, so he could not go with us today. After one hour, we arrived FIF office to make bread. Then, we found Indonesia has not organic food, so we can not tell organic food there. Besides, we found that we bought wrong flour, so we quickly went to supermarket nearby. Shany asked us that we brought salt from Taiwan, the customs did not misunderstand it as heroin? Haha.
，今天主要是做麵包，所以買完了之後，我們開始做麵包。做麵包時需要發酵，所以我們就在當中，完成我們明天要呈現的海報。在做海報過程中我們了解很多印尼語，並且還逗小朋友玩，中午跟他們員工一起去吃當地的食物，發現肉類真的比較貴，所以印尼人都比較少吃肉，麵包做成後，我們一起吃甜美的果實，FIF組麵包製作大成功。
The main subject, today, is bread-making. So, after we bought the correct flour, we started to make bread. Because the bread needed ferment, so we drew the poster which is for tomorrow presentation. In the process of this, we learned many Indonesian words, and played with kids. Then, we ate lunch with their staff in noon. I knew that meat is a little bit expensive in Indonesia, so they seldom eat meat. After it was done, we ate the delicious bread, let's drink and celebrate the successful day!!
