今日天氣跟前幾次明顯比起來熱好多,我們和以往一樣一早出門搭火車,大家在車上都拼命的練習今天要講的作業,就這樣一路唸到內灣。到了內灣,這次我們要搭去梅花部落的交通工具升級了,Sam超好心的特地開車來在我們去,真是感謝他!
上課囉!大Apple一上課,就拿出梅花部落當地的Pizza => '' snake ''!嚇著了Summer和小Apple!大Apple和Joy分享了與蛇的故事,還有同學們也陸陸續續的分享,沒想到一條小小蛇,也可以引來這麼多話題,還滿有趣的!
今天上課的主題是''教育'',活動一我們假扮日本殖民者和被殖民的人,整個活動都很有趣,也讓我們學習到當不同角色,會有不同的反映和手法,這讓我想到塞德克巴來的電影,日本人統治泰雅族時的狀況。整個活動都可以一直聽到出草出草,大家都很興奮的分享。活動二我們是漢人,要來部落裡準備建水壩,要思考好多問題,不但要安撫當地居民,還要想辦法成功遷村以及幫他們心靈輔導...等等。這次的課程,讓我思考到很多,原來做一件事有這麼多細節要注意。

In the
American supermarket, there are no seasons. For example, there are tomatoes all
year around, grown halfway around the word, picked when it was green, and
ripened with ethylene gas. Although it looks like a tomato, it’s kind of a
notional tomato. What surprises me most is that where our food is coming from.In
America, a two-and-a-half-year-old boy Kevin was stricken with E. coli just
because he ate a hamburger. He went from that to being dead in 12 days.
They
don’t want us to know the truth about what we’re eating. Because if we knew, we
might not to eat it. The radio let us to follow the food chain back. From those
shrink-wrapped packages of meat.I find a very different reality. The
reality is a factory, not farm. That meat is being processed by huge
multinational corporations that have little to do with ranches and farmers. And
now our food is coming from enormous assembly lines where the animals and the
workers are being abused. And they’re gaining control of food from seed to the
supermarket. From fast food to all food let our health at risk.
Individual
consumers changed the biggest company on earth. When we run an item past the
supermarket scanner, we’re voting for local or not, organic or not. And in so
doing probably put the last nail in the coffin for synthetic growth hormone. And
the because of the regulation of National policy, then we will have such nutritionally
dense unadulterated food that people who ate it actually felt better, had more
energy, and weren’t sick as much.
在美國的超市裡,不存在季節之分。舉例來說,超市裡一年四季都提供紅番茄,把全世界未熟透的番茄摘下來,然後用乙烯催熟。雖然外表看起來像紅番茄,但只不過是概念上的紅番茄。這還不算什麼,更令我吃驚的是我們食物是從何而來的。在美國有一個只有兩歲半的小弟弟凱文,因為吃了漢堡而受到大腸桿菌的感染,從發病到過世只有12天。
他們不想讓我們知道我們所吃食物的真相。因為一旦我們知道了,也許就不會再想吃了。這部影片帶我們順著食物鏈往回找,從那一袋袋壓縮包裝裡的肉。
我發現這和我原本所想的差好多,這背後是一家工廠而不是農場。這些肉是由大型跨國公司加工,與農民和農場並沒有什麼關係。而我們現在吃的食物都來自龐大的生產線,在那裡,動物和工人都慘遭虐待。還有,他們操控食品從種子到市場,從速食到所有食物,都讓我們的健康面臨危險。
只要我們每一個顧客結合起來,就可以改變世界上最大的公司。當我們去超市買東西時,我們可以自己選擇是否要買當地的或是否經基因改造過的。這樣做可以將使用合成生長激素的行為永遠杜絕。加上國家政策的規定,我們將有營養豐富,沒有添加物的食物,人們吃了感覺會更好,精力更充沛,也不會再有這麼多疾病了。
